@davisagli numbering messes with the toctree nesting, so I suppressed the warning and restored it. Please take another look. |

@stevepiercy Thanks, this looks ok to me now.
I'd also be ok with removing the toctree at the bottom. I don't think it's essential since we have next/prev navigation and the sidebar nav.
