get_browser_path no longer accepts skip_local #297
Previously get_browser_path would call browser_which, which would take the argument skip_local. If set to false, it would then call local_chrome = get_chrome_download_path(). Now the tool only uses shutil, which takes a very different approach.
The documentation still points to the use of "skip_local", so it seems out of date, and should be updated.
For those who get caught in this, to maintain the past behavior, you can use Chromium.find_browser, which takes skip_local and lets the user determine the path of the browser.

Thanks for the report! Could you please provide a quick example to reproduce the issue? That will make it easier to fix.
