setup-android-cliv1.1.0 release pinned to its commit SHA to build the API 35 sample on our own Tart macOS, Linux x64 and Windows x64 runners.The archived action no longer needs a 17-version command-line-tools matrix. Build the current
sdk-20fixture on all three platforms, retain the older fixtures for reference, and retire the weekly legacy matrix generator. Fork PR code is not executed on self-hosted runners.Validation: actionlint and git diff checks passed. The three-platform integration build runs on this PR.
