Re-instate /api-security-overview (was a redirect stub to
/oauth-choose-grant-type) so legal redirects resolve to real content,
and overhaul the page:
- Replace dead developers.procore.com/terms_and_conditions link with
canonical PactSafe API Terms of Use, User Terms of Service, and the
internal Developer Policy
- Rewrite past-due Traditional Service Account sunset dates; point to DMSAs
- Remove broken {% link %} targets (deleted deprecation announcement,
moved DMSA page) and the redirect-stub TLS Requirements link
- Describe token lifetime as time-bound rather than a fixed duration
- Scope user-permission inheritance to authorization-code apps; make
service accounts a subsection under "How apps access your data"
- State the app-installation requirement under customer controls
- Add Security & Trust self-certified badge section and v2 support FAQ links
- Add page to left nav under Plan Your App
