GNOME has built in support for IMEs in keyboard settings (no extra tools required!). I think we can keep the Fcitx5 info for users who have used that in traditional Linux systems and want to know how to use it on Bluefin.

Adds a "GNOME Keyboard Settings" option ahead of the existing Fcitx5 instructions in the IME FAQ entry, correctly noting GNOME's built-in IBus-based input source support needs no extra install. Purely additive, keeps the Fcitx5 path for users who want it, links to the real upstream GNOME Help page. Docusaurus build check is green.
