ptable.library is no longer tagged optional in CONTENTS: there is no partition parser left in the driver, so without it compactflash.device is a plain mount-only device. List c/lsptres and the automount and lsptres guides, which ship but were missing from CONTENTS. Give WHAT'S NEW one heading per component, naming the component and version it covers, and fold the automount keys back into the single Automount entry: they are parts of one feature, described in automount.guide. Correct the guide's claim that automount needs compactflash.automount, and the cold-boot delay in the readme. Reflow the comments in the shipped ENVARC/cfd.prefs example.
