Description
-This PR updates the npm dependencies to it's minor stable version without any breaking changes.
🛠️ What Was Changed
it first checks which package were outdated then updates it to it's minor stable version then run the tests to check no breaking changes occured.
it also updates the package.json to the latest versions of dependencies.
