Fixes on-demand platform selection (including macOS artifact names and explicit unsupported-target errors) and improves startup diagnostics.
Clarifies the customer-facing server paths, cache/OS requirements, and lab navigation.
All five labs passed against
ravendb-embedded==7.2.5on Windows; the no-.NET path also passed in a clean Linux container with ICU.
