Expose V2 compatibility surfaces alongside legacy plugin hooks for agent pre-step and pre-system transforms, tool post-execution, command pre-execution, permission requests, compaction preparation, and completed text. Preserve mutations produced by legacy hooks as the default input for the new waterfall stages.
