feat(redcode): complete product migration

Summary

• make Redcode the canonical runtime, package, SDK, configuration, and product identity
• improve long-session reliability, LSP status, shell progress, and session continuation
• add the Context/Workers sidebar, generated client updates, release hardening, and patch changesets

Validation

• bunx changeset status (patch: @reddb-io/redcode)
• Client generation check and legacy SDK regeneration
• typechecks: Client, Protocol, Server, SDK Next, SDK JS
• Core: 1140 pass; TUI: 213 pass; Client: 16 pass; SDK Next: 5 pass; SDK JS: 2 pass
• HttpApi coverage/auth/effect: 220/220 each
• release contract: Redcode release posture: binary-only
• git diff --check

Local limitation

• packages/redcode typecheck produced no diagnostics but exceeded the 20-minute local limit; dependent package typechecks passed and CI remains the authoritative gate.
