…est failures - Attach resolve callback to each InternalQueueJob so concurrent enqueues beyond maxConcurrent don't hang indefinitely. - Rename process() to processQueue() — drains jobs without needing an external resolve parameter. - Add SMSQueue.clearAllDeliveryLogs() static method for test isolation. - Fix metadata test to assert most recent log entry.

Restore
Dateobjects when rehydrating localStorage-backed stores to prevent persisted timestamps from being deserialized as plain strings. This ensures date methods continue to work correctly after application reloads and avoids runtime errors in messaging and notification state.Related Issue
