bulk apply button doesn't work

bulk applying setting doesn't actually apply the setting to the files, it just changes the name in the preview field for the format, but none of the changes are applied or saved past the first file.

Please mention app package, snap , flatpak, appimage.? Also please share any screenshot or quick video so that i can get exact issue which you are facing. As far as i can test it is working fine
