Aligne le diagramme sur le code livré : SimulationListener réduit à onTick, ConsoleView n'implémente plus l'interface, ajout de Main et de HeaderBar, de SimulationController.getState(), des constantes d'Environment, de Serializable et des classes JavaFX étendues. Closes #35

Le diagramme de classes datait de M1 (v2.1) et ne reflétait plus le code livré.
