chore(agents): normalize model tiers to reasoning-inherits, find-and-report-cheap - #7

…find-and-report is pinned cheap Agent model pins were inconsistent across packs (e.g. performance-engineer, a reasoning agent, was pinned sonnet in three packs; db-migration-specialist was sonnet; the four-hat chain was opus in some packs, inherit in others). Apply one rule to the generic/android/ios packs: reasoning, review, design, implementation, and delivery agents carry no model: line so they inherit the selected main model; only docs-reconciler (a find-and-report drift scan) stays pinned to sonnet. The compute pack is left as-is — it already tiers by role at a finer grain (deep specialists opus, routine implementation sonnet). Documents the policy in docs/agents.md.

Summary
Agent
model:pins had drifted into an inconsistent mix (some reasoning agents pinnedsonnet, the four-hat chainopusin some packs and inherit in others). Apply one clear rule so thinking stays on the powerful model and only mechanical work runs cheap:model:line → they inherit your selected main model (and follow it if you change it). Fixesperformance-engineer(wassonnet),db-migration-specialist(wassonnet), and normalizes the four-hat chain's opus/inherit drift across packs.docs-reconciler(find-and-report drift scan) stays pinned tosonnet— the one role that doesn't need frontier reasoning.agents-compute/is unchanged: it already tiers by role at a finer grain (deep specialistsopus, routine implementationsonnet), and flattening it would raise cost on routine compute work.Result: generic / Android / iOS packs are each
docs-reconciler = sonnet, everything else inherits. Policy documented indocs/agents.md.Note: individual
Read/Greptool calls can't be routed to a cheaper model — that's not a Claude Code capability. Cheap reads happen by delegating to a subagent pinned to a cheap model, which this scheme supports.Test plan
