Add agents/explorer.md: a cheap, read-only search-and-report agent the roster and main model delegate reads to. It does the grep/read churn in its own context and returns a distilled file:line answer, so raw file dumps stay out of the calling model's context — the concrete way to run reads on a cheaper model (individual tool calls can't be model-routed; delegation to a cheap subagent is the mechanism). Pinned to sonnet, read-only (Read/Grep/Glob/Bash, no Edit/Write). Framed as a utility, not a roster role, so the 42-agent roster branding is unchanged; agents/ is now 15 roster + explorer. Documented in docs/agents.md, README, STRUCTURE, and spine §1 (delegate broad searches to it).
