Preserve the recovered August source on its original parent before porting performance changes from the graph-first branch.
Adapt RAG storage, graph extraction, build workers, seed policy and runtime admission from 656eb9c while retaining restored prompts, provider protocol, stages, history and issue lifecycle. Remove audited unused modules and frontend dependencies. Add build-only production verification and document ancestry, cleanup and all passing checks.

Ground review findings in bounded evidence and reconcile duplicates; preserve issue anchors, add review feedback, strengthen tenant-scoped bindings and job recovery, and expand benchmark diagnostics. Build the staging frontend package from the frontend stage branch using its resolved commit.
