Integrates elite guarded evidence into the full persona pipeline.

Detects elite_engine_like_persona release-gate blocks
Continues automatically into elite guarded self-play
Runs elite evidence gate after self-play
Produces final status elite_guarded_ready or elite_guarded_strict_ready
Keeps normal guarded beta release gate separate

Validation:

Hikaru rapid full direct path reached elite_guarded_strict_ready
