Description

@tcharding

Can you please add a summit label to this repo Andrew? So they are the same across all the repos here is the content

name: summit
description: To review at Rust Bitcoin Summit.
color: #42e89f

And since I'm not able to add labels to PRs, please label this one with the new lable: #851

Thanks

    Maybe you could make me one of those hobbled maintainers that can add labels and stuff but not do any real damage?

    I added you with "Triage" perms.

    I'm happy to bump you up but I kinda want to see whether you can do anything with this level ... Github put their top permissions obfuscator on this one, and says it is "recommended for people who need to manage PRs without write access".

    I don't have a green 'Add Label' button on this page: https://github.com/rust-bitcoin/rust-miniscript/labels

    For rust-bitcoin (and rust-secp256k1) I do. And I don't on rust-bech32.

    I wasn't planning on doing anything much in miniscript right now so I'm not going to really stress test the perms any more than that. I follow miniscript repo but I usually don't click the notifications unless the heading is interesting to me.
