Plato has shut down. Every path on platohq.com now 308-redirects to platocommunity.substack.com/about, titled "About - Plato (Deactivated)", sunset 19 Dec 2025. Link checkers do not flag it because the redirect chain terminates on a live 200, so the entry looks healthy while sending readers to a wind-down notice. Also adds Engineering Leaders Community to the community category. The existing entries are US and UK based; there is no Central European one. Disclosure: I founded and run ELC. Note on README.md: regenerating with `node index` also drops three entries that exist in README.md but not in list.json (AI Interview Coach, Blog for Engineering Managers, Chain of Thought). I restored those by hand so this diff contains only the two intended changes. You may want to add them to list.json separately, otherwise the next regeneration will remove them.

Adds Engineering Leaders Community to
cat: community. The existing four entries are US/UK based and Slack-first; there is no Central European or in-person-first entry. ELC runs monthly meetups in Prague, Brno, Bratislava and Kraków plus an annual conference. Free to join.Disclosure: I founded and run ELC. Happy to drop that half of this PR if you would rather the list stayed contributor-neutral — the Plato removal stands on its own either way.

node indexwill silently drop them — they probably want adding tolist.json.
