Overview

This repository contains a comprehensive enterprise-grade application stack powered by a Django Server, styled with TailwindCSS, and supercharged with state-of-the-art machine learning, deep learning, and scientific computing libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, JAX, XGBoost, LightGBM, NumPy, Pandas, SciPy, Matplotlib).

The platform is designed to tackle advanced hackathon and open innovation challenges spanning multimedia forensics, generative AI virtual module discovery, and x402-enabled autonomous financial agent orchestration.


Chosen Datasets for Analysis

The following datasets have been selected as the primary sources for training, validation, and testing across our defined problem statements, chosen for their diversity in domain complexity and structure.

Fraud Detection Dataset

  • Source: kmasiak/FraudDetection
  • Application: Serves as the backbone for anomaly detection and financial integrity workflows. It provides the structured transaction logs required to train robust models capable of identifying high-dimensional fraud patterns.

Steam Games Dataset

  • Source: FronkonGames/steam-games-dataset
  • Application: Utilized for digital entertainment analytics and discovery platforms. This dataset offers rich metadata—including user tags, genres, and pricing—allowing for the development of sophisticated recommendation engines and semantic search modules.

FEVER (Fact Extraction and VERification)

  • Source: fever/fever
  • Application: Central to automated research and verification workflows. By providing a large-scale collection of human-generated claims paired with evidence-based validation, it enables models to handle multi-hop reasoning and verifiable automated reporting.

Problem Statement Set – 1

Focuses on trust, verification, and discovery. It addresses the societal threat of synthetic media through forensic classifiers while simplifying digital entertainment by blending semantic natural language processing with procedural or database-driven virtual module retrieval.

  1. Deepfake & Digital Media Authenticity Verification: Detects manipulated or AI-generated images, videos, and audio by combining deep learning backbones, digital forensics, metadata inspection, and confidence scoring.
  2. AI-Powered Virtual Module Discovery Platform: Parses natural language descriptions via semantic matching to recommend relevant titles or dynamically generate lightweight playable virtual modules.
  3. Open Innovation: A flexible architecture capable of ingesting arbitrary domain challenges (Healthcare, Finance, Sustainability, IoT, etc.) and delivering scalable model-driven outputs.

Problem Statement Set – 2

Focuses on autonomous economics and agentic systems. It introduces strict guardrails and policy enforcement for autonomous financial transactions (x402), orchestrates multi-step machine-driven research workflows, and unlocks novel developer business models through machine-to-machine payments.

  1. Agent Spend Policy Guard: Enforces fine-grained policy validation rules (spending limits, merchant allowlists, frequency caps) for autonomous AI agent payments via x402.
  2. Multi-Step Research Agent: An orchestrator that decomposes complex inquiries, queries x402-enabled paid APIs, handles automated settlement, and compiles cited final research reports.
  3. Open Innovation – Build a Real-World x402 Application: Showcases novel autonomous commerce, paid API gateways, or data marketplaces leveraging x402 payment rails.
