I'm Samuel Lowe (he/him), a mathematician, data scientist, and software engineer specializing in platform work and full-stack web development, based in the greater Boston area. I'm currently working as the lead software engineer for Oasis Management Inc and consulting as a data analyst at the Center for Strategic Politics. At Oasis, I lead a team of five other engineers building our enterprise resource management software and the OasisNow mobile app. At CSP, I designed the weighted single transferable vote algorithm behind our 2025 New York City mayoral primary poll, which was featured in the New York Times. Some of my projects, like nprcore.me, have been recognized by National Public Radio and All Things Considered.
