docs: split fleet inventory out of AGENTS.md - #27

AGENTS.md had grown to ~270 lines, most of it volatile host data (SSH aliases, banner versions, deploy log, drift notes). That churn pollutes the durable guidance an agent reads first. Move host tables, GPG status, recent deploys, known drift, and toolchain state into docs/fleet.md. AGENTS.md keeps the stable rules and points at docs/fleet.md for inventory. Normalize line endings to LF per .gitattributes and restore the trailing newline validate.sh requires.
Local IDE state (go.imports.xml, vcs.xml, workspace.xml) was showing as untracked. Ignore the directory and module files alongside the existing OS/editor cruft rules.
