feat(TASK-24): eol=crlf for vscode/wsl-ssh.bat + validate pass - #31

The bat file runs under cmd.exe; the global eol=lf rule shipped it LF, which cmd.exe tolerates unreliably. Add 'vscode/wsl-ssh.bat text eol=crlf' and a validate.sh pass asserting the attribute plus CRLF content in the worktree, so an editor saving LF fails validation instead of silently shipping an LF-normalized batch file. Index keeps an LF blob; checkouts emit CRLF.

Global
eol=lfshipped the cmd.exe batch file LF. Now:.gitattributes:vscode/wsl-ssh.bat text eol=crlf— index stays LF, worktree gets CRLF.tools/validate.shnew pass feat(raycast): add backup config with README #7: asserts the attribute iscrlfAND the worktree file has CRLF content, so an editor saving LF fails validation rather than silently shipping a normalized file.tools/validate.shgreen.
