The star history chart in the README was broken because the current chart service no longer works under the GitHub stargazer API restrictions. Update the chart links to the replacement service so the chart renders correctly again.

The star history chart shown in the README is currently broken due to restrictions on the GitHub stargazer API. This change points the chart to a working replacement so the chart displays correctly again.
