Summary
Prepare Temporal 0.1.0 stable after the independently accepted real-service
caller-replacement gate for official 0.1.0-rc.1 on Sigil 0.35.0.
History flag combinations, timeouts and acquisition with an existing lock.
exact-byte reproduction/review and immutable publication are still required.
The CAPI gate ran five profiles, ten scenarios and 319 assertions, retaining
both exact expected-RED fingerprints. This is compatibility evidence for the
accepted RC, not a claim that the new stable package is already published.
