Temporal 0.1.1-rc.1
Prepare the reviewed feedback fixes and opt-in Lua companion for an official
release candidate. Preserve the three-operation WIT, fixed Start identity,
exact Host API 1.3.0, and public Sigil 0.35.0 minimum validator.
Whole unpublished source range reviewed in Seal cr-3d7lvc, from effb9cb to
be0d0070376057a0a9a5b12b7b999c071e33ee07. Named independent security LGTM,
all five high-risk questions answered, no open findings. The integration
commit differs from that reviewed source only in Seal metadata.
Full local checks, 92 Lua cases, 12 actual component calls, repeatable packing,
public canonical-writer parity and output-reuse rejection passed. Three
historical local-source packaging integrations remain explicitly skipped.
This PR does not publish. Supporting Sigil 0.35.1, a first-attempt official
candidate, independent exact-asset approval and fresh release controls precede
RC publication. Fresh ordinary-lock CAPI acceptance of this new component and
the adopted companion is required before a separate stable promotion.
