Bumps the version to 3.1.0 for the new
--no-batchoption (#134). This is a minor bump because it adds a CLI option.origin/trunkstill reported 3.0.1 because the 3.0.2 bump commit was tagged and released but never merged into trunk. That's why this goes from 3.0.1 to 3.1.0.
