유자차 쪽 Q&A 코드에디터 컴포넌트를 전역 컴포넌트로 전환했습니다. 강의와 대회 양측 모두 Q&A CRUD가 잘 수행되는지 확인 부탁드립니다. 유자차 컴포넌트는 주석 처리 해두었고, 머지 전 삭제하겠습니다-> 주석 제외하고 코드 리뷰해주시면 됩니다.
현재 강의 내 Q&A 생성 시 problem Id만 전달하기 때문에 Exercise에서 생성한 문제가 Assignment 소속으로 매핑되는 오류가 있습니다. 이 부분은 백엔드에 부탁드려야 할 것 같아 다음 태스크로 넘기겠습니다. (무시해달라는 뜻)
