📝 Walkthrough

Walkthrough

The schema and migration move Mandeuldang data to the shared Problem model and add lifecycle metadata. New GraphQL queries expose Mandeuldang problem lists and details. Retrieval and submission paths filter for Published problems and validate required content or judge limits.

Changes

Shared Problem model and lifecycle

Layer / File(s) Summary
Shared Problem schema and migration
apps/backend/prisma/schema.prisma, apps/backend/prisma/migrations/.../migration.sql, apps/backend/schema.gql
The schema and migration add Problem lifecycle fields, change collaborator values, retarget Mandeuldang relations, and remove standalone Mandeuldang models. The GraphQL schema reflects these fields and relations.
Mandeuldang problem queries and access
apps/backend/apps/admin/src/mandeuldang/problem/..., apps/backend/apps/admin/src/mandeuldang/mandeuldang.module.ts, apps/backend/apps/admin/src/mandeuldang/mandeuldang.resolver.ts, apps/backend/apps/admin/src/mandeuldang/file/file.service.ts, apps/backend/apps/admin/src/mandeuldang/mandeuldang-sub.service.ts
The service provides paginated list and detail queries, role resolution, access checks, and publication-readiness fields. The resolver exposes three queries. File access and latest-run updates use the shared Problem model and approved collaborators.
Published retrieval and submission rules
apps/backend/libs/constants/src/*, apps/backend/apps/admin/src/problem/..., apps/backend/apps/admin/src/submission/submission.service.ts, apps/backend/apps/client/src/problem/..., apps/backend/apps/client/src/submission/...
Retrieval paths apply published-status filters or validate required content. Submission, test, rejudge, and judge-publication paths reject unpublished problems or missing time and memory limits.
Fixtures and behavior tests
apps/backend/apps/admin/src/*/*.spec.ts, apps/backend/apps/admin/src/problem/mock/*, apps/backend/apps/client/src/problem/*, apps/backend/apps/client/src/submission/test/*, apps/backend/apps/client/src/submission/mock/*
Fixtures include the new Problem fields. Tests cover Mandeuldang query behavior, published-status checks, and validated judge inputs.

Devcontainer feature pins

Merge Risk: 🟠 High · up to f951e

Existing Mandeuldang problem data can be lost when this migration runs. Preserve and remap the existing records, or establish that the source tables are empty, before merging.

Security Architecture Review

Security architecture risk: 🟠 High · up to f951e

The migration does not preserve existing Mandeuldang records or remap their identities. On populated databases, this can lose authoring data or attach surviving artifacts to unrelated problems and owners. The new detail query also treats publication as sufficient authorization for management data, creating potential visibility and personal-data exposure. Submission checks provide meaningful protection, but do not resolve these migration and query-boundary risks.

Retained concerns

  • High · security · inferred: The migration drops existing Mandeuldang parent, sample, and approval records without backfill, then redirects surviving child foreign keys using unchanged IDs. If an old ID matches an unrelated Problem, its artifacts acquire that Problem's ownership context: the unrelated Problem owner can pass tool upload/delete authorization. Nonmatching IDs instead prevent foreign-key validation. These are introduced migration mechanisms; their effective exposure depends on populated target data and any external remediation.
  • Medium · security · inferred: The new detail query authorizes Published problems for non-collaborators without checking the shared model's visibility lock, then returns authoring relations and every collaborator's user object. Inherited generated fields create an inferred disclosure path for locked problem content and collaborator email/studentId. Unpublished authorization and password hiding are countercontrols, but do not restrict this Published branch. Deployed GraphQL field-level redaction remains unverified.
Security review details

Security Blast Radius

  • inferred — Migration exposure spans existing Mandeuldang parent records and surviving artifacts in each affected database. Wrong-owner access is bounded by overlapping IDs and available artifacts. Query disclosure can scale across Published Mandeuldang records accessible to ordinary authenticated requesters; broader environment or credential compromise is not established.

Security Findings and Attack Paths

  • inferred — An ordinary owner of shared Problem N can pass tool authorization after unrelated old Mandeuldang artifacts numbered N are rebound by migration. Separately, an ordinary requester can supply a Published Mandeuldang ID to reach included management relations without collaborator membership. These paths are source-derived concerns, not confirmed exploitation in a deployed environment.

Trust Boundaries and Controls

  • observed — Disabling the admin-role guard does not itself supply object authorization; the new service implements it. Unpublished detail checks ownership and approved collaboration, while inspected submission paths reject unpublished problems before creation or judge publication. Passwords carry a schema HideField annotation; email and studentId do not.

Resilience and Maintainability Implications

  • inferred — Publication eligibility is checked at the read before separate persistence and publication operations. The inspected paths do not establish serialization against a concurrent publication transition or retry deduplication. No reachable revocation writer was established in the inspected management scope, so this remains uncertainty rather than an asserted PR-introduced bypass.

Hardening Proposals

  • proposed — Use an explicit old-to-new identity and ownership mapping, convert persisted collaborator values, and validate child associations before retiring old tables. Separate publicly readable problem fields from authoring relations and personal data, preserving visibility restrictions independently of publication eligibility.

Enforce the Published lifecycle gate on all judge entry points.

A Draft or Ready problem with limits passes validateAndFetchRejudgeData, then rejudge can reset existing results and publish judge requests. submitTest also accepts any problem status and can dispatch a test judge request.

  • apps/backend/apps/admin/src/submission/submission.service.ts#L936-L939: Select status and reject non-Published problems before resetting submissions.
  • apps/backend/apps/client/src/submission/submission.service.ts#L745-L748: Require ProblemStatus.Published before creating or publishing a test submission.

Add regression tests for both paths.

Validate judge limits before persistent side effects.

This exception occurs after SubmissionService.createSubmission creates the submission and its result records. The request then fails without an AMQP message, leaving those records in Judging. Test submission paths can also leave cached Judging state.

Validate the limits before creating submission state, or clean up all created state atomically when this exception occurs.

🟡 Minor · Filter workbook details to published problems. · problem.service.ts:1088-1089

apps/backend/apps/client/src/problem/problem.service.ts:1088-1089
🎯 Functional Correctness | 🟡 Minor | ⚡ Quick win

Filter workbook details to published problems.

getWorkbookProblem only filters the related problem by visibleLockTime. If a linked Draft or Ready problem has MIN_DATE and complete content, ensurePublishedProblemContent accepts it and the endpoint returns it. Add PUBLISHED_PROBLEM_WHERE to the relation filter.

…problem

CodeRabbit flagged that the timeLimit/memoryLimit guard added earlier only
checked for missing limits, not problem status — a Draft/Ready mandeuldang
problem with limits already set could still be rejudged or test-submitted.

- validateAndFetchRejudgeData (admin): reject non-Published problems, checked
after group-leader authorization so unauthorized callers don't learn the
  problem's status before being denied
- submitTest (client): same Published check, matching the pattern already
  used by submitToProblem/submitToContest/submitToAssignment/submitToWorkbook

🟠 Major · Check judging limits before marking the assignment problem as… · submission.service.ts:492-495

apps/backend/apps/client/src/submission/submission.service.ts:492-495
🗄️ Data Integrity & Integration | 🟠 Major | ⚡ Quick win

Check judging limits before marking the assignment problem as submitted.

If a Published assignment problem has a null limit, submitToAssignment first sets assignmentProblemRecord.isSubmitted to true. createSubmission then throws here, leaving the record marked submitted without a submission. Move the limit check before the upsert, or make the upsert and submission creation atomic.

…ubmitted

submitToAssignment upserted assignmentProblemRecord.isSubmitted=true before
calling createSubmission, which performs the actual timeLimit/memoryLimit
check. If a Published problem was missing limits, the record got marked
submitted with no submission ever created. Move the check before the upsert.

### Description

라우팅 설정 파일 15개의 이름을 `HTTPRoutes.yaml`에서 `httproute.yaml`로 바꿉니다.

`deployment.yaml`, `service-monitor.yaml` 등). 대문자와 복수형이 섞인 건 이
파일들뿐이었습니다.
- Gateway API 공식
예제([gateway-api](https://github.com/kubernetes-sigs/gateway-api/tree/main/examples/standard)),
[Argo CD
차트](https://github.com/argoproj/argo-helm/tree/main/charts/argo-cd/templates/argocd-server),
[Headlamp
차트](https://github.com/headlamp-k8s/headlamp/tree/main/charts/headlamp/templates)도
`httproute.yaml`을 씁니다.

### Additional context

`HTTPRoutes.yaml`을 새로 추가합니다. 이 PR이 먼저 반영되면 그 파일도 `httproute.yaml`로 맞추면
좋겠습니다.

Closes TAS-3013
