…map rows Machine output stopped at placeholders: the prep commit bumped versions and test counts but left three things for a human, since they are content rather than derivable from a version number. Root README's News table now carries three rows, newest first, in both languages, with the v0.9.4 headline added; the older rows stay in CHANGELOG, which is where the table already points readers. The roadmap cell for v0.9 lists what this patch actually delivers and its status moves to v0.9.4. The package README's version table had a placeholder theme cell for v0.9.4, now written. The CHANGELOG's persona entry claimed profile extraction would not be built in this release; it was asked for afterwards and shipped, so the claim is corrected rather than left contradicting the entry above it. Single-select persona cards and a profile/rules gate stay deliberately out, and the reason is recorded where a reader would look for it.

release-prep.yml跑完（见 run 39613293451）：package.json/package-lock版本 0.9.3 → 0.9.4、双 README 的测试徽章与三处# N tests注释形态 2257 → 2302、CHANGELOG 顶部开## [0.9.4] - 2026-10-21并把[Unreleased]攒的内容整段搬进去、包 README 版本表加占位行。这个 PR 是人手工补的三处（机器只写「由版本号唯一确定」的东西）：
062a5f8根 README 的「最近更新」：中英两张表都收成三行、新的在上（v0.9.4 / v0.9.3 / v0.9.2），v0.9.4 头条按本版实际内容写；更早的行不在这张表上活著——它们本来就指向 CHANGELOG。062a5f8根 README 路线图v0.9那格：补 v0.9.4 交付了什么、状态从已发布（v0.9.3）挪到（v0.9.4），中英两格同步。062a5f8包 README 版本表的（待填）主题格：填上。062a5f8CHANGELOG 里一句现在为假的话：人格那条原本写「刻意不做：从记忆提取画像」，而提取在本版另一段落地了（维护者随后指定要做）。改成实话，并把仍然不做的两项（画像/规则的独立开关、人格卡单选互斥）连同理由留在原处。本版内容（

release-prep.yml最后一步gh pr create被仓库级开关挡住：GitHub Actions is not permitted to create or approve pull requests（工作流自己的注释记着 2026-10-18 实测过同样两处开关相反）。前七步全部成功、分支已推。要长期免掉这一步，需要在 Settings → Actions → General 打开该开关——那是仓库权限设置，留给你决定，我没动。合并后推
