Add Chinese CI setup terms

Summary

• add Simplified Chinese terms for the existing USD 99 one-repository CSV CI setup;
• preserve the same scope, exclusions, delivery, Lightning payment, cancellation, revision, refund, and privacy boundaries;
• add the page to the sitemap and contract tests.
