Prepares the v0.5.1 release: bumps
scip_ruby_versionto0.5.1and adds the CHANGELOG entry for #271, which rebased the Docker images onruby:3.4-slim-trixie.Motivation
#271 only takes effect once a release is tagged: Publish Docker builds the images from the tag. The published
autoindex-0.5.0image still trusts the compromised eMudhra intermediate CAs (disclosure), and scip-ruby can't start in it.Test plan
publish-scip-ruby.shchecks for both the## v0.5.1CHANGELOG entry and the matching version string; both are present. After merge, runNEW_VERSION=0.5.1 ./tools/scripts/publish-scip-ruby.shfrom master, then verify the publishedautoindex-0.5.1image.
