Save crash reports and simplify startup dialogs - #975

Unhandled exceptions now create ErrorReport.txt in the application data folder with exception and environment details. The error dialog explains the failure, links to the report, and lets the user copy it to the clipboard. Windows Event Log reporting has been removed. Task dialogs now use a small fluent builder. The WebView2 Runtime prompt has also been simplified, following the .NET apphost pattern with a single download action and additional details in the expander. The CSV export no longer includes the "Save in a Subfolder" option, removing an unnecessary choice and its related conflict handling.
