fix: journal xstate.done.actor events whose output is undefined - #160
Conversation
XState's createAsyncLogic completes with output: undefined for a void run, and (via its data ?? output coalesce) for one resolving null. The explicit undefined key made assertJsonSerializable throw NonSerializableAgentEventError on every such completion. createReplayEntry now drops the key; replay folds identically and the state hash already ignored it.

restore an own `output` property with value `undefined` on done-actor events
when journaling omitted it, while leaving events that already have the property
and all other event types unchanged. Use `DONE_ACTOR_EVENT_TYPE` to identify the
relevant events.

A guard testing key presence on the completion event now takes the same branch live and on replay.
