campaigns: stop tracking the PseudoDojo working snapshot in git - #46

source-summary.csv (16k rows) and workchain-records.parquet (3.7 MB binary) are rebuilt from the AiiDA group every campaign cycle; each regen fully rewrote the CSV and churned the parquet. Untrack both and gitignore them. Keep the small snapshot-metadata.json and manifest.json, which carry the provenance and the counts docs/results.md renders -- median_ultra_kindex moves into the metadata so the page no longer needs the CSV. Update the results README and the docs page to describe the two files as local artifacts.
