Rename the root package to @superhuman/plugins-examples and replace @codahq/packs-sdk with @superhuman/plugins-sdk ^1.18.4. Update all example and test imports and regenerate yarn.lock, preserving existing dependency resolutions where their selectors are unchanged. Require Node.js 22 and run CI on Node.js 22 to match the new SDK. Add an array assertion to the existing GitHub autocomplete test for the SDK’s broader metadata return type.

Validation: yarn compile, yarn lint, yarn test (9 passing), yarn validate (all 7 example Packs valid), and git diff --check pass. Credential-dependent integration tests were not run.

Rename the example package to @superhuman/plugins-examples, replace the SDK dependency and imports, and update the lockfile. Align CI with the new SDK runtime requirement and narrow the autocomplete test result before indexing it.

BREAKING CHANGE: Examples now require Node.js 22 or newer.
