The SDK dependency and root README already use Superhuman Plugins, but the examples still contain Coda Packs terminology and
codaCLI commands. This updates the remaining example documentation, code, and package metadata to match the migration.coda/packs-sdkreferences withsuperhuman/plugins-sdk.coda/packs-examplesreferences withsuperhuman/plugins-examples.codaCLI commands withpacks.codawithsdkin imports and usages.Validation: compilation, lint, all 9 unit tests, and all 7 example validations pass. Credential-dependent integration tests were not run.
