Update hardcoded gavinbee/ URLs to swimblocks after org move - #43

Closes #42. Repo moved from gavinbee/canswim-deck-eval-parser to swimblocks/deck-eval-parser. Repoint all hardcoded URLs: - gavinbee/canswim-deck-eval-parser -> swimblocks/deck-eval-parser - gavinbee/canada-swim-tech-survey -> swimblocks/swim-club-tech-survey - gavinbee/eval-gen -> swimblocks/deck-eval-gen The deck-eval-gen links resolve once that repo is pushed to the org. Repoints all hardcoded URLs after the org move:
