This PR updates the EasyUse administration documentation to correct repository source wording (GitHub vs. internal GitLab) and revises the skill installation/copy instructions for OpenCode.
Changes:
- Update EasyUse skill package source description to GitHub.
- Adjust the “copy skills into OpenCode” instructions and add a note about restarting OpenCode if skills aren’t listed.

- 这段命令当前会在两种情况下失败：1) 只创建了 .opencode 而没有创建 .opencode/skills，后续 cp 目标路径不存在；2)
mkdir .opencode在目录已存在时会报错。另，“agent-skills的路径”不是可执行的 shell 路径，建议用可替换的变量并加上必要的引号。
