• ruff format enforced (style: apply ruff format and enforce it in CI #774)

• CI green on the merge base (12/12 checks on 4d916c4)
• Release gate — exercised on the live ha-dev instance:
  • Next-badge line renders on all five designs (classic + playroom/console/cleanpro/accessible), role="progressbar" at aria-valuenow=84, Next up 1000 Points 845 / 1000, zero console errors
  • [Bug]: Requested and approved swaps can’t be completed #781 — alternating chore, swap requested by the non-assignee, approved: assignment_swap_child_id + assignment_swap_date stamped, and the swapped-to child's complete_chore registered a completion (0 → 1)
  • Approved swap requests are never pruned from storage #783 — the request was consumed on approval (1 → 0 pending)
  • Deleting a chore or child leaves orphaned pending swap requests in the approval queue #785 — deleting the chore dropped its pending request; deleting the child left no request referencing it
  • Deleting a child leaves rotation chores pointing at them, hiding the chore from everyone until midnight #787 — deleting the rotation assignee repointed assignment_current_child_id at the surviving child rather than the deleted id
  • No orphan rows left behind on ha-dev afterwards
