WalkthroughWaitWhileAsync and WaitUntilAsync now use a shared polling implementation. The implementation handles retry limits, timeout races, and cancellation. Tests cover evaluation stopping after timeout and cancellation during evaluation. ChangesWait Strategy Polling

What does this PR do?
WaitUntilAsyncandWaitWhileAsyncnow share one implementation. It checks the condition in a loop on a token linked to the caller's token, and cancels that token once the wait ends, whether it succeeds, times out or fails. If the caller cancels, the methods now throw anOperationCanceledExceptionthat carries the caller's token, instead of aTimeoutException. The XML docs of both methods and ofIContainer.StartAsyncreflect the new behavior, and new tests cover both fixes. Why is it important?
Until now, the loop kept checking the condition after the timeout, for as long as the process ran. For readiness checks, this meant polling the Docker Engine API every interval after
StartAsynchad already failed. Cancellation was also reported as a timeout. When the token was already canceled, the wait could even return as if it had succeeded, even though the condition was never met.Related issues
