Hyprlock and Wlogout do not work properly

Both Hyprlock and WLogout do not (yet) work properly.
They need background images, but they need them blurred.

1. The c++ program must create a blurred version of the background image
2. The c++ program must create a squared version of the background image
3. The c++ program must always output the source image to create a theme as an .png file
