What changed
Removes the temporary hosted consumer UAT workflow, explicit config, retired-model fixture, and evaluator added by #71 and adjusted by #72.

The complete published
model-eol@0.4.0chain passed in run 32091582521:PR #73 was closed without merge and its bot branch was deleted after verification. The successful workflow run and artifacts remain as audit evidence.
