Fix text output formatting across commands

Summary

• add dedicated text formatters for filesystem inventory, token management, pack/unpack, Git workspace, SQL-user, and connection-string results
• render queried scalars, lists, and objects as deterministic text instead of JSON
• fail explicitly when a structured result lacks a text formatter, with contract and black-box tests preventing regressions
