…install Dyna Pro's MSI alone (/msi-only stage) dynarun_ver_class() is the one place that decides unknown / tested 3.26.0 / other version / 4 and later. machine_full is split so the MSI staging and run is shared with the new install_msi_only (no fix, shortcuts or driver). The helper only writes HKCU\Software\DynaPro, but Windows' installer detection asked for UAC. __COMPAT_LAYER gets RunAsInvoker for the one ShellExecuteExA call (set and restored around it); the other children of DynaRun are unchanged.
