Design study of a magazine-fed linear-motor electromagnetic deployer that ejects unmodified CubeSats at programmable tens-of-m/s velocities — the unserved gap between spring deployers (~2 m/s) and propulsive transfer vehicles. Analysis scripts + IEEE paper. TRL 2–3, model-only, unvalidated.
With this, we show that the halbach array configuration can be extended to have more planes than the 2D planes that we restrict ourselves to.
