The launcher now verifies that a runtime manifest PID belongs to CatHub before it treats the daemon as available. A stale manifest whose PID was reused by another process is rejected, so the launcher starts CatHub and reconnects rig control.\n\nValidated with cargo fmt, cargo test -p qsoripper-launcher, and cargo clippy -p qsoripper-launcher --all-targets -- -D warnings.
