Includes some updates to components related to the update and the new default value for change detection.
As ComponentFactoryResolver is not longer available fromt he core package (previously deprecate). Updated this component to use the new API that directly creates component from view ref using the class reference.

This is part of the changes needed to complete Angular v22 support for @uirouter/angular. Downstream tests depend on this project.
