This follows up on #508 and uses the support in
comrakfor converting references like[@user:example.org]/[#room:example.org]/[!room:example.org]into their matrix.to links. This should help make it easier for people to type explicit links even when they can't complete them because they aren't in the room they're trying to complete or the user they want to mention isn't in the current room.
