Adds two production-safe plugins:
grab: explicitly save memorable channel lines to BoltDB, replay/search them, and keep responses bounded.linux: compact!linux/!kernellookup from kernel.org with HTTPS, timeout, response limits, and no arbitrary URL fetching.Updates config examples and modular plugin documentation. Tests, race tests, vet, build, and diff checks pass locally.
